All users must read in full these terms of service, before accepting them and recieving service.
All users will require to click a validation link that will be sent to their email to activate each account, users are permited an account for each server they operate. We may impose limits at any date should we decide it to be required and reserve the rights to do this at any time without notice.

Use of your email.
ZIP.UK.COM will never sell or share your personal details, we will send you emails should we be unable to login to your ftp server at any stage to notify you of this issue. We may also send you an email from time to time letting you know of service changes, updates or new services from ZIP.UK.COM or UKGAME.COM.

Use of our service.
1) Our service is a free service, that may be withdrawn at any time, we would do our best to offer at least 2 months notice, however we reserve the right to issue no notice.
2) We reserve the right to withdraw service from any users as we require with no reason being required.
3) Accounts will be deleted after 3 months of recieving no requests.
4) You may only use our service if you a end user, comercial use of our software and/or website is not permitted.
5) You may not use our service for any reason other than to run fast download systems on your game server.
6) Any explicit materials, rudeness, bullying, racism, or others are not permitted on servers powered by our system.

Limitation of Liability
You agree that under no circumstances ZIP.UK.COM (website and services), the people related to operating it, and the web hosting companies of ZIP.UK.COM, will ever be liable for any damages to yourself. You use our service at your own risk.
