Just purchased a Rfactor server and must say so far i am extremely pleased with the support i have had in setting this up.
Due to there superior tech support and friendly service, i will be renting more servers
I sent in a ticket last night at 1am and within 5 mins still got a reply from Chris again (do you ever sleep ?), i was thinking i will get a reply in the morning

My experiences with UKGame have been with both a Team Speak server,
as well as a Game Server.
My service tickets that I submitted (due to things that were not their fault) were
responded to with lightning fast speed. Sometimes within 10 minutes!
They went out of their way to help in any way possible. even on a (SUNDAY!!) with fast response times.

Their Service is excellent. The quality of the servers are flawless!!
What you get for the money, is amazing, you get even more.
I did think cheap server bad support & performance this is not the case
Gaming Clans need to rent their servers here, because they are exceptional. These people are the best kept secret out there.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Ok I am an idiot :)

But after paying for a server I recived an E-Mail about 2 mins later confirming that payment had been accepted and straight away another one giving me the IP. So within 5 mins of paying...I was on my server :D

So thank you very much to everyone at UKgame.com and also a massive thank you to Chris for basically holding my hand through the whole process...you must think I am a totaly numpty Chris lol but thanks for your help.

Knowing me I will need a lot more help! But I have no worries that I will get it as soon as possible from you guys so thanks alot.

Oh, anyway I can get maps uploaded from a website? [map packs etc]...my upload limit is rubbish :(

Enough said really, we were a new clan, we brought a new server with Inx, within 2 weeks we had an average of 14+ on the server constantly. However, it lagged like mad. So I submitted a support ticket and got a replacement server, this lagged even WORSE.

So we cancelled with INX and searched for others, coming across Ukgame, after purchasing our server, we are just getting our server back to how our old one was, it had 20 people on yesterday and didn't lag one bit, with INX I had complaints every day, I've never had a single complaint with our UKgame server to date.

INX was expensive for poor servers, and UKgame is a lot cheaper for very good quality servers + you get fast download link with Ukgame, you didn't with INX.

I would recommend UKgame over INX any day of the week

I bought a server at around March 2009, firstly I was amazed by the low prices but then when i requested support I simply couldnt believe how quick it was. If I requested a slot upgrade or a game switch of any type, it was done in minutes.

I stopped playing the game and so the server was cancelled, but now I have come back to find the prices just as low and the service even better than I thought possible, all I could do was buy another server and recommend it to a good friend who has also bought one.

This Company simply couldn't be a better host, it just smashes the rest of them.

I was searching for a game server host to host a Garry's Mod server with my gamemode for my community when one of my Steam friends suggested UKGame.
I couldn't believe prices were so low and immediately bought a server.
It was set up and ready a few moments later.
Then I created a support ticket asking to upload a GMod Lua module for my gamemode and Chris replied and uploaded it a few seconds later.

My server doesn't lag at all, support is perfect and control panel has many unique features such as Auto SVN updating.

UKGame is the best game server host I've ever used.

Wanted to let everyone know that we have been having issues with mods and patches on our BF2 server.

Found that we needed to run a superseded patch to run the mod we want, put in the ticket, had a bit of a discussion with Chris, and it's done, even though it's not the current mod, Chris installed it for us.

That's all it took, a bit of a chat outlining our needs and it's done.

I've been using Ukgame for some months now, and i didn't want to write my review until i was sure that "this is what i get for my money". But now, here goes!

First of all, i got my account setup within some minutes, something i was surprised over since i was sure that it would take at least 24 hours. Setup is really fast and you can expect that you will have a working game server to play on within 15 minutes of payment being sent.

The support is good, If you have a problem never hesitate to use the Support Ticket function located on "Billing & Account" ( Remember that the login details are not the ones you use for the "Game Panel" you use your email + the separate password you signed up with )

Instead of going on about how i think the support works i will just post my Tickets that I have sent in + the time it took for them to be solved and closed.

Tickets:

You can see for yourself that all of the questions are fixed under 24 hours, which is exactly what a customer wants.

(*)Now for ticket 9 This ticket is still "waiting for tech" and has been for 1 week 2 days 23 hrs 54 mins now, however this ticket is regarding their free webhost, I didnt payed for it and i don't expect it to be solved "quick" All other tickets are regarding their Gameservers, something i payed for. The support team have apologized for the delay and I'm sure it will be fixed as soon as they get a hold of the web masters.

I've had my servers reinstalled due to technical problems around 4 times ( My own fuck ups, it has nothing to do with Ukgame itself, rather then my incompetence regarding Killing floor servers. ) the re installations took maximum 5 minutes, then the servers were back up working 100%

The ping is REALLY good and stable, if someone else tells you otherwise it's 99% due to Failgmod or some weird addon that doesn't work well. Expect good pings if you live in EU, I live in sweden and even get lower ping then some UK based clients. (25 isch) On both my counter-strike server and killing floor server.

Hi. I've been with UKGame for a while, and I can only recommend them.


I've had major changes done, in the middle of the night (european time).

Support is effecient, straight to the point, and never far away.

I've played on other rental-servers located in the UK, and some of them have a way higher ping, for some reason (based on empty servers).

Most of all I like the transparency & honesty. Some GSPs don't even have a forum.
