Terms of Service - Free Mumble Servers

Our Free Mumble Servers are a Free service that you use at
your own risk, you agree that UKGame.com (M247 Ltd) will
not be liable in any way for any loss, damage, health, 
stress or other conditions you may experience by using these 
servers.

You will recieve a mumble server with upto 50 slots with 
this service. You will be able to change the Admin Password
and Set any (if required) password for the server.

You understand that as a Free service, there is no Service 
Level Agreement, and no credits can be made to you as a 
result of your use of this service. Likewise should we 
decide to terminate this service or start making a charge 
for this service we will do our best to give you at least
1 months notice, however no notice need be given.

You may only use our Mumble servers in good faith, we 
reserve the right to terminate use of our Free Mumble 
Servers to anyone with or without reason. We will not 
tolerate abuse, racism, bullying or bad language via our 
Mumble Servers. We may remove servers that have not been 
utilised within the last 2 months.
